The return of the 1950's swimsuit

The Spring/Summer runways were full of these glamorous swimsuits and bikinis, the 1950s are definately making a comeback. I love them, I love the styles, the colours and the bold prints.
Above are some of my favourite ones, mostly from Oli (who have a great collection this year). I really like the red polka dot swim suit with the ruched front and skirted trim, it's so feminine but retro at the same time. Team up with some oversized shades, a floppy hat and gladiator sandals and you're onto a winner!
Unfortunately, the only opportunity I will get to wear my swimsuit or bikini is if I book a holiday to somewhere warm - the opportunity will never arise here lol :( Roll on the last minute deals!
