What on earth...?

So, it is a Thursday evening and once again I am sat in. This is intentional, honest. For the past what feels like a century we have not been on the social scene because of the saving for the house scenario... hence my creation of this blog.

The whole house thing can be a very emotional and draining experience with evenings which just go on and on and on. By starting this blog I have found that the time just seems to fly which is really good for me as I am not the most patient person in the world.

I think I am pretty much on a winner by contributing to this blog. It is helping me to get my mind off the house and it is letting me express my love/excitiness and opinions of fashion!


Now that has been said, I will continue...


Back to the title of 'What on earth...?' it was the
photograph I found of this dress and errm headwear?

I was enjoying my browse through style.com looking
at the new accessories and shoes for the Spring, then
decided to take a look at the inspirations of the
Fall/Winter 09/10 and found this: Agatha Ruiz De La Prada collection Fall/Winter 2009/2010 in Milan Italy.

I can appreciate original designs and quirky outfits, but this collection left me speechless. Along with the egg dress and baguette headband, there were outfits featuring birdcages, padlocks, grand pianos, upside down umbrellas even with raindrops and a moustache!
